At our Coventry-based functional fitness gym, we specialise in being a place to train without judgement in a safe space without question. Our unique indoor and outdoor facility at Coventry Welsh Rugby Club offers expert-led group sessions that blend functional fitness with a community of like-minded people. 


With flexible payment options and transparent scheduling, we're committed to helping members improve their physical fitness and mental wellbeing in a safe, welcoming environment. Combines strength, endurance, and functional movements in a full-body workout designed to build real-life fitness. One of the most popular fitness classes in Coventry!

HIIT

(High-Intensity Interval Training) – A fast-paced, full-body workout designed to torch calories and improve fitness at any level

Bootcamp

A total-body workout combining weights, bodyweight exercises, and cardio for all-around fitness.

Hybrid: Strength

This strength-focused class is the perfect place to start! We’ll guide you through lower-intensity, technique-driven workouts that build muscular strength safely and effectively. With plenty of coaching and hands-on guidance, you’ll learn proper form, lift with confidence, and progressively increase your strength- at a pace that suits you. Every rep is a step toward a stronger, more capable you. We keep this to 12 people so that we can focus on you!

💡 Perfect for: Anyone new to Hybrid or functional training who wants to focus on strength first, with minimal cardio.

Hybrid: The All Rounder

This all-rounder class is designed to help you build a balanced foundation in every area of fitness (strength, cardio, mobility, and functional movement). We keep the intensity approachable while teaching you safe, effective techniques to move better and feel stronger. Expect a supportive, team-like atmosphere where we progress together and celebrate every win, no matter how small. This is a class of up to 16 people, giving you a good community vibe!

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your booking and participation in fitness classes at The GPC Gym. By booking a class with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following:


1. Booking & Payments

  • All classes must be booked in advance through our official booking system or via our website/social media links.

  • Payments must be made at the time of booking to secure your spot.

  • We reserve the right to cancel unpaid bookings.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • You must cancel your booking at least 12 hours in advance to avoid being charged or losing the session.

  • Cancellations made after this window, or no-shows, will be non-refundable.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to low attendance, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered an alternative session or refund.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will only be given in the case of class cancellations made by The GPC Gym or with sufficient notice.

  • Class credits are non-refundable once purchased unless agreed upon in writing under exceptional circumstances.

4. Health & Safety

  • By booking a class, you confirm that you are fit to participate in physical activity and have disclosed any relevant medical conditions to the instructor. 

  • You agree to follow all instructions and safety guidelines given by our coaches during the session. We reserve the right to refuse further participation if you unable or unwilling to follow instructions or safety guidelines. 

  • Participation is at your own risk The GPC Gym is not liable for any injury sustained during training unless due to negligence on our part.

5. Late Arrivals

  • Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your class starts.

  • Late arrivals may not be permitted to join for safety reasons and will be marked as a no-show.

6. Code of Conduct

  • We promote a supportive, inclusive, and ego-free environment.

  • Any disrespectful or disruptive behaviour towards staff or other members will not be tolerated and may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.

7. Data Protection

  • By booking a class, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information (such as name, contact details, and health information) for the purpose of managing your bookings, ensuring class safety, and contacting you about class updates or gym-related information.
  • We will only collect information that is relevant and necessary to deliver our services safely and effectively.

  • Your personal data will be kept secure, will not be shared with third parties unless required by law, and will be stored only for as long as needed for operational and legal purposes.

  • You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at gem.gpcgym@gmail.com
